Refund policy

The Thai Savings Guide is a digital download sold through Gumroad, which processes payments and refunds on our behalf.

Digital downloads

Because the guide is delivered instantly as a download, we don't offer refunds once you have access to it. At checkout you agree to receive the guide straight away, and you acknowledge that this ends the usual 14-day right to cancel an online purchase.

If something is wrong with the file

If the file is faulty, won't open, or doesn't match its description, email hello@thaisavingsguide.com with the address you used to buy. We'll fix it or send a replacement, and if we can't, you're entitled to a refund under UK consumer law.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Gumroad. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.
